The Library cannot be utilized by any other institutions or associations for their own activities and initiatives. The Mayor or the Local Culture Authority can consent to temporary access to the Library for initiatives corresponding with the Rules and Regulations aims. Meetings, conferences and debates promoted by the Library can take place in its premises, as long as they are compatible with the site, the furniture, the equipment, the books and documents characteristics and logistics and with the accomplishment of public service.
