The Library “Salvatore Farina” is directly administrated by the city of Sorso. Heard the Council Commission for Culture and Education, the Local Administration will identify future activities, services to be developed as well as a potential cooperation with public and private structures and consequently it will draw up the Library annual plans and long-term programmes.
Art.5)
The Council Commission for Culture and Education will be consulted for:
a) the general trend of the Library cultural policy;
b) the programmes on Library activities founded on the Community’s opinions, needs and interests, in order to adhere to the Rules and Regulations principles.
